My Story

Welcome to my page. My name is Kalina, I have been capturing weddings since 2020. Yes! 2020, I know the world was different then but it was a friend who asked me to be her photographer then.

How Did I Start?

When I was 12 my mom would lend me her camera and I fell in love with photography. She made sure there was always film in it, yes! film, back then we had to worry about that, LOL. For years I took everyone's photos. Then in 2019, I offered a friend to take her engagement photos and that same friend asked me to do her wedding in 2020. And I was hooked!

My Style

My style is colorfull and focus on the venue you choose. I love to capture your weddings in a romantic journalistic style with a mix of candid and posed. My personality is laid back but professional, I am reliable and I have a small team of people who help me manage your weddings, proposals and engagements. I work well when brides who allow me to document their love story and let me take over.

A bit about my believes

I met Jesus when I was seventeen and I love capturing your traditional and non traditional weddings. My favorite verse for weddings is 1 Corinthian 13, read it and you shall see why. My pastor of 18 years offers premarital counseling and I can refer you to him if you would like to meet with him.
